Refund policy

For retail purchases made through Whoadog.com or by phone with Customer Care:
If for any reason you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 45 days for a refund of your purchase price. If it has been more than 45 days since your purchase but the product is still within its warranty, call Customer Care to discuss your warranty replacement options instead of using the below steps.
Returns are as easy as 1-2 -3:

STEP 1: Find your original order number. If you do not have your number on hand, send us an e-mail at info@whoadogs.com.

STEP 2: Write the reason for the return on the packing slip and ship your product to us with the order number written prominently on the package. Make sure this information is clearly visible on the package. Use clear packing tape to attach the shipping info to the package. Send the package with a service that issues you a tracking number, such as FedEx® or UPS®. Ship to this address:

STEP 3: When we receive the product, we’ll issue you a credit for your order within 14 business days. If you want to place a new order, just give us a call or place a new order on our website.

CONDITIONS
Your return is subject to the following:
The product has been used according to instructions printed on the manual and packaging. Products that have been misused, abused, lost, or damaged by dogs are not returnable.
Shipping charges are non- refundable.
All returns must be in original factory packaging with all original packing materials.
Returns must be shipped freight prepaid. Any return sent back freight collect will be refused.
Refunds will be processed after Whoadog has received and processed the Customer’s return.
All credits will be made back to the original payment method.
Whoadog will not be held responsible for the Customer ordering the wrong product(s). All refusals will be credited minus the freight charges.
If a package arrives damaged, it's best for Customer to refuse the package. If the Customer signs for and keeps the package, the Customer should note the damage when signing for it so that a claim can be filed with the carrier.
